Prenatal Meditation 2 Letting Go

The aches and pains that come along with pregnancy are very real and they are all in preparation for bringing an amazing little being into the world. Sometimes we may feel like we have less control over our bodies and emotions than we would like while we are carrying our little ones within us. Facing these emotions head-on and moving past them is so helpful for our journey through pregnancy. Finding inner contentment while you are pregnant and beyond is a lifelong gift that reaps endless rewards.

To let go is to be free.
